Flemington United Methodist Church is a community of people seeking to grow in the grace and truth of God day by day. No matter where you are in your own faith and understanding; no matter what questions you have; no matter what your experience with religion has been, good or bad; no matter what, you are welcome to grow deeper in the grace, mercy, and love of Jesus Christ here at Flemington UMC.
If you have children, know that we believe it’s not really worship if there isn’t a crying baby or laughing child somewhere in the mix. We are intergenerational community of believers offering Sunday School to school-age children during our 10:30am worship service as well as additional opportunities for learning, service, and fun. For more information, please contact Kim Schulze, our Family Ministries coordinator.
We take our faith seriously, and you’ll find several welcoming Bible study groups meeting throughout the week, morning, afternoon, and evening. We also have seasonal studies during Advent, Lent, and other times which offer short-term groups around different theological themes, books of the Bible, or other topics to jumpstart your faith. For more questions, please contact Bruce La Penta, Small Groups Coordinator.
We make music to please God and to build others up. Colossians 3:16 says, “Sing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs to God with thankful hearts.” For us, that’s what making music is all about. Our songs are a celebration of who God is and what He is doing in our church. We are blessed by the contributions of our Chancel (Voice) Choir and Bell Choir – and there is room for you to share your gifts too. For more information, contact Greg Stout, our Director of Music.
