This event has been postponed due to the corona virus/COVID-19 pandemic.
We have been invited to join with other United Methodist Churches across the state to share our strength and pack 500,000 meals on Saturday, March 21. This ambitious goal can’t be met without churches like ours joining in.
Several churches throughout the state are hosting volunteer teams on this date. St. Mark’s UMC in Hamilton, NJ is our closest site, and we will be able to set up carpooling to get there, too. There is help needed at three separate times: 9-11am, 12-2PM, and 3-5PM.
There is a sign-up on the board in Fellowship Hall – are you able to participate at one of those times? More than one?
Once we get consensus around most people are available, we can register our group. There is now no cost to register, but free will offerings help feed those in need. Additional donations are possible to feed people for the entire year.
