This church is blessed by a multi-cultural membership, but have we moved toward fully embracing the gifts of all voices here? Starting Sunday mornings in July we will be exploring the book “America’s Original Sin” and looking at systemic racism in American society. Additionally, the author shows several ways that Sunday morning remains the most segregated time of the week in many places. This dialogue invites all people into educating ourselves of the experience of black people in America and working together to be a community of hope and justice.
